The W.H.O.L.D. Residency™ · 12-Week Private Coaching

You've been carrying
this alone
long enough.

A 12-week private coaching residency for high-achieving women who are ready to stop outrunning their grief — and start W.H.O.L.D-ing it.

You're hitting your deadlines. You're showing up. You're doing all the right things. But privately — you're crumbling. The Quiet Floors. The Performance Tax. The Body Betrayal. The "at leasts." You know you need more than a support group. You need a system.

This is for you if...

You're doing everything right.
But inside, it's different.

The world keeps asking when you'll "get back to normal." You keep performing fine. But you know there's a version of you that needs something more than time.

"I give a leadership talk and then go cry in my car. No one knows."

You're paying the Performance Tax — spending 90% of your bandwidth pretending, leaving almost nothing for the life you've built.

"We're in the same house but I've never felt more alone."

The Quiet Floors have set in. You're both hurting, but you've stopped saying so. The home that should be a sanctuary feels like a minefield.

"Everyone says 'just try again.' But this baby wasn't a practice run."

You're caught in the Rainbow Baby Pressure Loop — the frantic push to replace before you've had space to grieve what was actually lost.

"It's been months. I'm still not okay. Everyone stopped checking in."

Secondary Shame is real. Feeling guilty for still being sad when the world has moved on. Your timeline is yours — not the world's.

"If one more person says 'at least you know you can get pregnant'..."

You're drowning in Platitude Fatigue. You need a space where your pain doesn't have to be translated into something others can digest.

"I can run a team, a household, a meeting — but I can't fix this."

The Broken Machine narrative is exhausting. You're not broken. You're carrying something the world doesn't have good language for. I do.

The 12-week journey

The W.H.O.L.D. Method™
Step by step.

Each step gets two full weeks and one private session — deep enough to actually shift something, not just name it. Every two weeks, you move to the next step. By week 12, you aren't "over it." You're carrying it comfortably.

W
Weeks 1–2 · Honesty
Witness the Truth
"Shame dies when spoken in a safe place."
Before anything else, we stop the performance. We strip the "I'm fine" mask and witness the actual landscape of your loss — the anger, the envy, the body betrayal — without judgment. The exhale you've been holding for months? It starts here.
Session 1 — The Witness AuditMap the full territory of the loss. Name what's actually being carried without softening or performing.
Session 2 — Breaking the PerformanceIdentify where the Performance Tax is highest. Build the first Permission to be Messy.

Weeks 3–4 · Protection
Honest Advocacy
"You don't owe anyone an explanation tax for your grief."
You've been inventing boundaries in real time while you're already depleted. We fix that. I give you the actual words — custom Safety Scripts for your highest-drain scenarios — so you stop leaking energy explaining your pain to people who aren't equipped to hold it.
Session 3 — Safety Script VaultBuild personalized scripts for your top 5 highest-drain situations. Family dinners, workplace announcements, well-meaning friends.
Session 4 — Boundary ArchitectureMove from reactive scripts to a proactive Boundary Blueprint across family, workplace, medical, and social contexts.

Weeks 5–6 · Structure
Organize the Connection
"His silence isn't absence. It's a different dialect."
The Quiet Floors don't mean your marriage is failing. They mean you're speaking different dialects of the same loss. We map both. We build a bridge. We turn your home back into a sanctuary instead of a minefield where you tiptoe around the one thing you both need to say.
Session 5 — Mismatched Grief MappingMap how you and your partner each grieve — the dialects, the triggers, the silences. Build a shared language for what's actually happening.
Session 6 — The Relational BridgeImplement structured communication tools. Turn the 10-Minute Check-In into a practice. Build a home protocol you can sustain.

Weeks 7–8 · Integration
Living While Grieving
"Joy is not a betrayal. It is a tribute."
This is where we tear up the Waiting Room contract. You don't have to pause your life until the grief is resolved — because it never fully resolves. You can hold your loss in one hand and a business win in the other. One doesn't cancel out the other. I'll prove it to you.
Session 7 — The Permission SlipName every place you've put your life on hold. Issue the Permission to re-engage — with your work, your joy, your relationships — without guilt.
Session 8 — Joy Without BetrayalBuild the "holding both hands" framework. Create your personal integration practice for carrying both grief and life.

Weeks 9–10 · Restoration
Kindle the Kindness
"Your body didn't fail you. It carried a heavy history."
Loss takes root in your body — in your sleep, your appetite, your focus, your nervous system. We negotiate a peace treaty. We move from "my body betrayed me" to "my body carried something enormous, and it deserves patience." No try-again timelines. Just what your body actually needs.
Session 9 — Body Stewardship AuditInventory the physical toll of grief. Move from resentment toward the body to a sustainable peace treaty with your nervous system.
Session 10 — Time & Patience as StrategyBuild your personal restoration roadmap. Sustainable self-care that doesn't collapse under a hard week.

Weeks 11–12 · Legacy
Deep Integration
"You are not the miscarriage story. You are the woman of Gentle Strength."
The final step is not an ending. It's a becoming. We weave your loss into the tapestry of who you are — as a thread that deepens your empathy, your intentionality, your power. You don't leave the Residency "over it." You leave it whole. Carrying it comfortably, at last.
Session 11 — Legacy Ritual DesignCreate a personal ritual to honor the baby's memory — light, not heavy. Something to return to on hard days and milestone anniversaries.
Session 12 — The Integration CeremonyA closing session to name who you are now. Not the miscarriage story — a woman of Gentle Strength. Set intentions for the journey continuing beyond.

Creator of the W.H.O.L.D. Method™

Why trust me with this

My authority is born from the "popped dreams" of real loss.

I wasn't sure I even wanted children. Then the dream quietly took root — and was taken away just as quietly. In the aftermath, I found a world full of advice for how to "get over it" and almost nothing for how to live while you're in it.

I walked on Quiet Floors with my husband. I performed fine at work while crumbling inside. I feared every subsequent pregnancy with a hypervigilance that exhausted me to my core. Three times.

I didn't want to just survive. I wanted to feel whole again — not by erasing what happened, but by integrating it. By building a life strong enough to carry the memory without breaking. That's why I created the W.H.O.L.D. Method™.

"I'm not here to give you platitudes or tell you that everything happens for a reason. I'm here to sit in the dark with you until you're ready to find your light."

How to begin

Four steps from here
to W.H.O.L.D-ing it.

1
Apply
Fill in the short application. Tell me a little about where you are — even "I don't know where to start" is enough.
2
15-Min Call
A no-pressure 15-minute conversation to see if we're the right fit. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation.
3
Witness Audit
Your first session. We strip the mask. We map the loss. The exhale you've been holding begins here.
4
Integrated Peace
12 weeks later, you carry your loss as a thread of Gentle Strength — not a wound, not a story. Your whole truth.
Questions

What you might be
wondering.

No — I'm a certified grief coach, not a therapist. The distinction matters: I don't diagnose, prescribe, or treat mental health conditions. What I do is provide structured emotional support, communication tools, and practical frameworks through a defined coaching relationship. For clients showing clinical symptoms of depression, PTSD, or complicated grief, I coordinate with their provider and refer to therapists when appropriate. My lane is clearly defined and I stay in it.
The opposite is more often true. The Residency isn't for women who have "mostly healed" — it's for women who are in the thick of it. The W.H.O.L.D. Method meets you exactly where you are. Step 1 is literally called Witness the Truth — we start with your raw reality, not where I think you should be.
The Residency is designed for you first. The Mismatched Grief Mapping session in Week 5–6 can be done with or without your partner. We map both grief styles regardless — and I give you the language and tools to bridge the gap even if you're working on it alone. Partner sessions are available as an optional add-on, not a requirement.
Signal is a voice messaging app — like a walkie-talkie between us. When a grief crash hits on a Tuesday afternoon, you send me a voice note. I respond with grounding, strategy, or sometimes just presence. It's not a crisis line, but it means you're not white-knuckling it alone between sessions. Most clients say the Signal support is what transforms the Residency from "good coaching" to "this changed everything."
Yes. The Residency is available for 3 payments of $875 — no interest, no fees. The Foundation tier is available for 3 payments of $525 and the Deep W.H.O.L.D. VIP for 4 payments of $1,049. Payment plans are set up at the time of enrollment. If cost is a barrier, please mention it in your application and we'll talk.
If after our first session you don't feel this is right, I will refund your investment in full — no questions, no guilt, no pressure. You've already navigated enough. This shouldn't add to that.
Yes. Grief that was never properly witnessed doesn't disappear — it just goes underground. Many of my clients come to the Residency months or years after their loss, when they realize the performing-fine has become unsustainable. The W.H.O.L.D. Method works at any stage of grief, not just in the acute early weeks.
You don't have to do this alone

Healing doesn't mean forgetting.
It means becoming WHOLE again.

Your loss is a thread in your tapestry, not a hole in your soul. If you are ready to stop outrunning your grief and start W.H.O.L.D-ing it — this is your next step.
